MountaineerMetrics provides a service for real-time statistics and community engagement for the Sunbelt Conference and The Appalachian State Mountaineer football team. When reaching our website, you adhere to the terms and conditions. All must be read carefully to ensure a safe and engaging environment.
About the Terms:
Terms may change at any time without notice.
Utilizing this website and making an account is an automatic agreement for these terms.
The privacy policy is also agreed on at account creation.
Accounts:
Using an account will cause us to pull that data and store it within a secure database.
Information that we store include:

- - Activity Timestamps
- - Profile Pictures
Accounts can be suspended or terminated for any reason.
Your information will never be shared.
When creating a new account, you agree that you are over 13 years of age.
Email addresses will be the only requirement for account access.
With our encryption services, your data will be secured. However, we are not responsible if your data gets compromised.
User Responsibilities:
While using our services, using it responsibly is of uppermost importance. For guarding your account, please refer to the guidelines provided in the account setup. Our platform's goal is to create a safe environment for all to use, therefore, any misuse may result in suspension.

Anything you post on our service can be monitored by the administration team. All privacy information will be laid out, in full, on the Privacy Policy page. This includes the safety features we use to ensure that your information stays safe.
Intellectual Assets:
All intellectual assets that are associated with MountaineerMetrics belong to us and us alone. These include our own logos, trademarks, and primary assets associated with MountaineerMetrics.com. We do NOT own any team or conference logos nor are we associated or endorsed by any division, conference, team, or school. Yosef, Appstate, and other school associated terms are the full and complete property of Applachian State. Any illegal distribution of services will be a violation of the terms and conditions.
Agreement:
These terms and conditions create an agreement between the user and MountaineerMetrics. Once an account has been created, the user agrees to all the Terms and Conditions within the service.
